Applications

We will ned ID to do the necessary credit checks, a one of admin fee, the bond which is usually equivalent to 1 months rent and of course the first months rent.

The bond is registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) for your protection.

All Tenancy agreements are Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) Agreement, with a minimum of 6 months. Longer agreements may be discussed but are at the discretion of the landlord and therefore not guaranteed.

We can accepted housing benefits benefit payments if required.
